apparently even just to center text in a story, I have to learn how to do shit in CSS because "< center >" has been deprecated
this isn't fair I just want one text bit centered, why do I gotta learn how to do things why can't formatting I learned 20 years ago still just magically work
you can still use <center> in normal webpages and still works in most browsers (and despite depreciation, probably will still continue to work for the foreseeable future). it's just that cohost doesn't allow <center> in posts (instead use <div style="text-align: center;">
Yeah Cohost's filters seem to be strict HTML5 compliance.
