Incredible, I was thinking about this exact card recently because I saw it once at a neighbor's house like 25 years ago and was wondering how hard it would be to get these days.
Collectors being what they are these days, my sense is that it wouldn't be terribly expensive but also almost certainly more than you'd think. At a minimum, enough that you'd want it in a frame. 
Yeah, I have a full art Pokemon card and a "signed" Weiss card in neat little frames from Pokemon Center, so I'd be willing to frame some giant space hamsters similarly.
Also immediately after commenting I realized I might have actually been thinking about a very similar card with the same name and art composition from some kind of Dragonlance or D&D card game, but it's a bit hard to try to find anything on a phone.
