I gotta spend all my ammo for the INSIDE BOX condition status, though? Hmm...
Thanks to templating you don't actually gotta spend all your ammo, you just gotta unload all your loading weapons, it doesn't reference charges remaining
but whenever I try to go INSIDE BOX with already unloaded weapons my mech throws a fit and insists on OUTSIDE BOX, so I'm not able to sequence break, INSIDE BOX requires you to throw your loading ammo on the ground, you can't use gun and THEN try to go INSIDE BOX.
And all this is said as though the pure defense support mechs aren't the most broken insane things in the game. There are 2 canon HA mechs that go inside a box, and the boxes are actually invulnerable shields? IPS-N ships you many boxes, including the one Vlad sends you home in - but seriously, portable bunker and the defensive emplacement built by the kidd's squad. SSC has a box of invisibility (the team is solid snake) and a box of TRON light cycle walls. Also a spike box. White witch says it counts even though it's only one wall, and I don't want to argue. HORUS thinks outside the box mostly except that really the minotaur IS the box and the goblin will hurl YOU into the box Duat. The lich brought a nightmare and says I'll see the box when I'm ready. I pray I won't live that long.
A lancer mech with a level 3 system that's a box is gonna have a really sexy box, and there's examples in every single manufacturer. I for one welcome our box overlords.
