Paying off your sleep debt after a bout of insomnia is like coming up from a deep dive. Getting one night's sleep isn't enough and it'll put gas bubbles in your brain. 2 to 3 nights later you'll feel better, and it'll take a while to level out
Also the last dream was really strange, I was at the beach at night and dwane the rock johnson was there, and he played guitar really badly but everybody was like "oh shit it's the rock" and flocked to him, so I snuck off while he was in the water for a bit because his shitty guitar playing reminded me that I need a chorus pedal (true irl) so I could steal one from him because he's so fucking rich and who cares and there were these rooms like a shop which had alll the pedals on it but they were like on the beach just before the dunes, and I kept searching through all of them for just one chorus pedal but all of them were real fancy cases and little description, so a few of the ones I grabbed I had no idea what they did but they were pretty enough I wanted them anyway and there was this one that called itself an "air tremolo" effect which I have NO idea what that means and the only effect I remember recognizing was the old BOSS phaser I inherited from my dad and phasers aren't chorus so I was ticked but towards the end two women came in and started looking through them too and I had to be more subtle then all of the sudden they were gone and the wind grew apocalyptic and suddenly I knew I was the only one on the beach and my stealing didn't matter any more because whatever evil had arrived eclipsed all else and then I woke from the notification ping of a friend sending me art of a big titty dragon she knew I would like.
I miss the beach.
