Haha, fuck me. The ADHD med crisis finally hit my pharmacy after 8 goddamn months.
I've got one last source assuming my doctor's office does their job, but fuck me I'm trying to stifle the panic just a bit. I was in a real fucking bad way the last time I missed them for a few days and what happens if the well goes dry for good I am choosing to black out of my mind
you do have options assuming that your doctor's office works with you!! it's always possible that another pharmacy (esp another chain) may have it if they have a different wholesaler than your current pharmacy. it's worth a call to check, though if you do find it elsewhere the doctor would have to send in an entirely new script to the other pharmacy bc c2 scripts can't be transferred :0 (source: works retail pharmacy, been dealing with this)
The whole reason I started using this Pharmacy 8 months ago is because no one else could get it. I have one last place in the city that I have confirmed has it, but if they don't have it a month from now I'm not sure what happens then.

oh, that makes sense!! you also may want to check places you've tried before, again, just in case bc sometimes they do get Some in (i know in my pharmacy we have most strengths of adderall rn but like. one). also apologies if i came off explain-y!!
Have you tried vyvanse before? Its what our doctor put us on when our insurance didn’t cover adderall (mad) and its been working! It could be working better but its been working! We might need to up the dosage, we’re on the weakest version rn.
I definitely put in a note to my doctor to talk about it the next time we have an appointment!
Where I live there's an awful adderall shortage, but then on top of that, vyvanse has also been hard to get at some pharmacies. What eventually worked for me was switching to a mail-order pharmacy for psych meds. They seem to more consistently have it in stock (but they're also much more of a hassle to deal with to make sure everything's correct with the prescription).
