The way the quotes in the article are like "Australians pirate more because we don't have strong enough copyright enforecement" and not like "because half the stuff people want is region blocked and not available here"
No matter how much the Corpos try, they will never truly stop piracy.
They don't even have movie-web on the list, which is by far the best pirate streaming site in terms of UX. They're so out of the loop.
