Nothing unites a crowd a wildly diverse people of all genders, races, and ages quite like sitting in the DMV lobby and nervously watching the very angry man who doesn't understand this isn't the traffic court and that the DMV can't help him with his tickets. Also his shirt disappeared at some point and he's wrapped in a beach towel. He might have come in that way, I don't know.
