Ah, Meraviglia. Some habits never die, lots of them upload with you. In her case, "the zucchini escaped the garden and took over a quarter of the back yard at the house" stayed with her as it does for any properly haphazard home gardener.

This piece has very, very deep personal meaning for me, and it is too long and bittersweet a story for me to go into here. Frankly, I don't feel up to sharing it, either. Still, it is a vivid depiction of me and even though it's from the days where I was more wolf than coyote I keep it close to my heart and wear it when I am at my most present.
