KOSA (Kids Online Safety Act) is a dangerous bill that's at risk of being passed by our legislators. It's a bill that would prevent kids from accessing content online deemed "inappropriate", which, surprise, means topics such as LGBTQ+/reproductive health/gender-affirming care. It would also increase surveillance of minors' activity on the internet, which poses a threat to minors seeking to escape abusive/domestic violence.
There's an easy form on this site to send a letter to your representatives! I wrote up a custom letter, but there's a pre-written message to send if you prefer.
