I’ve never been one to really put too much weight behind the concept of ‘the community will do jobs that it sees needing to be done and nobody will overwork’ after being a part of a furry convention and doing 40+ hours of volunteer work in a weekend and realizing this is just The Way It Is In A Lot Of Places, Everywhere, Run By The Same People
