The weird autistic Doom fan in this doll insists it mention that items 100% is finicky to the point of not typically being evaluated — what counts is sometimes inconsistent, and if you’re (un)lucky, 100% can be unobtainable through no fault of your own; you’re just full up with no realistic way to lower your counts.
