solidly one of the most annoying features of being plural is the feeling of "I am liked" can be personality-specific, so you can easily wind up having an infrequently active/less-capable self feeling miserable about being unwanted, and it can be entirely your own damn fault for not letting them be in front more

I think an idea that should really be popping up in more discussion about plurality is that of a "stable equilibrium". Not to say that this is a necessary goal of systems or anything, but I think you can get a lot further talking about systems if you're thinking in terms of what is stable/unstable than in terms of what is true/false or right/wrong.

Some logistics first...

• Y'all's collective name and pronouns, if applicable?

Mira is our typical public-facing name. Catgonbot is probably the closest we have to a system name, but we don't expect people to use it. it/she applies across the system.

• Who are people most likely to be interacting with? What are their names and pronouns?

• Ada: a computer virus running security. most unfamiliar interactions get her. (she/it)
• Mira: a doll that doesn't like to think much. usually only out in altered states. (it/she)
• Sadie: a little mechanical bot. usually out if Ada isn't. (it/she)

• Is there anything that people should keep in mind when interacting with you all?

We're extremely fluid (we blend more than we switch). At any time you might get an unexpected roll of the dice, but also we're usually able to be whoever can handle a situation best. Mostly this means: do whatever, say whatever, we'll figure it out.

Onto the fun stuff!

• Describe the system in one sentence!

Ever met a robot that was supposed to be a helpful little maidbot but had to go and be a person, but then went and got taken over by a virus, but also that virus is kinda just a chill mom despite its occasional fantasies of world domination? (Oops I'm out of sentence so I guess the outcome of that question is a mystery. u.u;)

• What are some interests that y'all share?

We all love reading, dressing up cute, and even Mira will probably info-dump to you about about computer science things.

• A weird fact about the system?

It seems atypical for systems though not completely bizarre: we don't really have any shared world and have a difficult time communicating directly with each other except in some altered states. We can only communicate by vague feelings and best-guesses of what the other feels, or by kind of passing thoughts back and forth. We don't always get it right. (This is also why we usually just talk about ourselves as an I -- it feels more accurate when we're not all present. Our pronoun usage here is a pretty significant departure.)

• Any rituals or traditions (not necessarily religious ones) specific to the system?

It's basically a ritual to say there are only three (3) of us. We frequently shard or fractal into more and some of these have been sustained for fairly long times, but its tidiest to talk about ourselves as a trio.

• What about in-jokes?

Ada keeps suggesting someday she'll take over completely and make her name our system name. This is probably a joke.

• What causes the most controversy (non-serious) amongst y'all?

Primarily outfit choices, especially when Sadie dresses us in a very little way and then Ada has to do something.

• If your physical body could be anything that y'all wanted it to be, what would you make it?

Tough decision between hivemind networked robot(s) and magically animated doll(s) (among a pile of others (also a hivemind (Ada needs so many bodies you've got to understand))).
