I am not even joking this kept me afloat through 3 hours of focusing on art today, despite being constantly on the verge of anxious catastrophising and depressive thoughts.
It's twice as effective with music playing alongside it cause it sometimes lines up immaculately with a song in one way or another and it's the funniest fucking shit.
