Hey everyone, I'm doing a little bit better today. Therapy and friends' support has made all the difference lately and I'm trying to get back into the swing of things.
I'm pacing myself as best I can, but I really want to pick my art up again as soon as I can manage.
The guilt and shame is still there, and I doubt it'll go away any time soon. But at this point, I have to acknowledge that dwelling on it isn't helping.
I already have a plan for how to better myself and stop this happening again, so my time is best spent focusing on that.
