You probably do, but do you have a hand stretching routine? Just want to make sure! Hope you recover quick.
I mean, I wouldn't call it a routine, but I do have a handful of wrist stretches that I do so regularly I don't even realize I'm doing them anymore. Idk if they're actually helping me any though. I'm probably doing them wrong

Yeah I've been doing a few of these but I'm probably not holding them as long as I should be
