Exam went medium-ish, I guess? Will check it better tomorrow when they publish the correcto answers. Went then to Campinas to get another bus to finally get back to my city.
While waiting I had a Paulista style hot dog, which is basically a hot dog with a crap ton of mashed potato. It was... better than I expected? I still like my city's style better (pressed hot dog with shredded chicken), but it was quite good!
Mashed spuds on a hot dog? I've never had it, but that honestly sounds delicious to me, I have to try now!
I'm appalled! It's so common here in Brazil (or at least in São Paulo... this post is making me reconsider my life 😂). Do try it, it's delicious!
It is a traditional place here called Arnaldo's, it is, like, a really simple hotdog but at the same time it is really, really good and well done. Also they use mayo (I think it is homemade) and condiments to keep the shredded chicken moisty.
I might try it someday haha Here, the complete hot dog is always sausage, mashed potato, potato sticks, corn, and condiments like ketchup, mayo, and mustard :D
