This happened last year, but I missed the one month return window due to the drift being on the Y axis and I was only playing racing games back then.
So yeah, I have a still practically new gamepad with drifting since probably day one. Anyone had to deal with that, any tips on how to fix it?
Yes. This has happened to almost all of my Xbox One and Xbox Series controllers. Putting rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab and letting it pool around the base of the stick and then moving the stick around in a circle helped significantly but didn’t solve the issue completely. Plus who knows if that’s actually damaging the controller long term. If you find a more elegant or effective solution please share.
