I saved enough coin for two drafts, first one BR Rats were wiiiiide open but then I kept getting matched against other rat decks who fared better in the draft.

Second time around I pivoted a bit too late into UR and got my ass handed to me.

Ouch, I hate how you have to spend a whole week on Arena to farm enough gold for a single draft, only to then be harshly punished if you do anything less than 4-3. I've taken quite a few breaks from this game after strings of bad drafts. That said, if you are able to do the infnite quests exploit that usually happen on launch day you can farm a good bit of gold and it definitely helps to soften the blow of messing up a draft.

Yeah I feel like draft navigation is essencial in WOE, and I think I may have messed up my last two drafts due to picking my second color waaay too late.

Oh, and the only trophy I got so far was from a stupidly low to the ground rats deck. The whole deck had only 1, 2 and 3 drops, with a single copy of cut in in the 4 drop slot. Deck was stupid and I probably wont ever draft a deck that good in WOE

Yep. I've discovered by accident on MOM release day, googled about it and found out that this was a thing that people already knew about.

IIRC it is something like this, whenever is release day on Arena the season pass will stop progress a few hours before the new set releases. During this window whenever you complete a quest no animation will play, but you will gain the gold but the progress counter will get stuck at the value it was before the game. So you can set up 2 or 3 quests to be completed by turn 1 by playing a single card. Then you do the following: turn 1, land, play a 1 drop, pass the turn, wait your opponent to play their 1 drop (so they can also complete their quest) and then concede. Keep repeating this procedure and tah-dah, profit!
