I'm working on scoring a short animation by some friends, and in order to make sure my pen-and-paper process lines up with the film, I created a blank score template in Dorico including timestamps and my personal notes for the action!
Now I know for certain exactly what beat of what bar that rabbit will land on. Phew!
These timings are actually accurate down to the frame. Dorico let me import the video directly and matched everything up to its framerate automatically--pretty sweet.
