been seeing a lot about Hydrangea Coffee Roasters, mostly from Brian Quan's YouTube channel I guess, but I decided to try them and holy shit this coffee is wild. the black currant is super present, so is the umeshu, and the green apple is very present on the nose but more of a malic acidity in the cup. excellent excellent

I find that in terms of flavors I usually gravitate towards the bright, fruity flavors from African coffees but the notes they have on all their beans look really tasty to me. I'm glad they make small 4oz bags of their more expensive coffee to try it out.
The berry flavor in natural coffee is truly wild. This sounds super good, I'll have to look up this roaster.
