Phantom lights shift along the ceiling of room 9/20, casting shadows around a small library. The shadows are of all seeming sizes and move around the room, reaching for scrolls and tomes on the shelves. Despite this behavior, none of the shadows are real, and they do not react to the presence of adventurers.
The shelves are sparse, having been raided for years by residents of lower floors and rival factions. A handful of items useful to diviners remain, though. They can only be read in dim light or in moonlight, risking eyestrain over prolonged periods of study.
Feeling better about this one than the last. Wish I could feel better about my computer, though! At this point I've all but confirmed that my graphics card - which I replaced about a year ago with a refurbished card - is breaking. I have one more thing to try, but I probably need to buy a second refurbished card for an already aged computer... or bite the bullet and spend time and money on a new PC. Neither is particularly appealing to me, but so it goes. At least I am in a good enough position right now that I can afford this.
