Phantom lights rotate slowly across the floor of room 9/21, tracing orbits that mimic the night sky outside The Tower. A shadowy giant makes a sign with its hand and the lights rotate quickly in reverse. Belos, the revenant diviner, barely notices adventurers as they enter the room, and ignores them unless they engage him.
