A mechanical lift is built into room 9/23, connecting it to the floor above. Broken crates and barrels fill the room, demolished in a fight. Three Shadows of the Obscure Eye exist next to the tarnished, cracked shell that once held a Bound Elemental. The shadows are not interested in a fight, at least not until they've recovered some.
