all of your equipment slots are universal so you can slop whatever equipment with resists or stat+ items into you and you grow into more powerful larger forms as you level. you only have a single pseudopod for weapon wielding but also you can go bare....poded to have intrinsic acid damage. you get base resists to acid, electricity, fire, cold, and poison. also you don't have eyes so you can never be blinded and don't need a light source. you have a special power where you can divide yourself to summon pets of yourself. helps that you are naturally pretty stealthy so most stuff isn't awake until you start slapping em with your pod. roguelikes are cool and good imo.
