I think one key thing I haven't considered a lot in past Werewolf work that I am for my current Protectorate info is that the spirit allies of the local groups would be pretty widely known in the community. Perhaps not all pack patrons, but certainly court ones.

(I am replacing 'tribe' with 'court' because it's less appropriative and you're effectively joining the spirit court of a Firstborn.)

So, I need to come up with the local wolf spirits that make up the lead children of the Firstborn in the region.

The Blood Talons/Suthar Anzuth: Bhurghul-Ur, the Erosion Wolf, child of Fenris-Ur, the Destroyer Wolf. Also known as the Stonecutter Wolf, Bhurghul Ur is the most patient and stubborn of the Secondborn among the Blood Talons. He oversees a local brood of earth, stubbornness, ambush and wolf spirits, and is close to the river spirits of New England. He encourages the Court of Blood Talons to never forget a grudge, just as he does not, and to never give up their targets. This has made him despised by the Pure of New England, but they have never been able to entrap such a careful hunter.

The Bone Shadows/Hirfathra Hissu: Irhandhi-Ur, the Witch Wolf, child of Kamduis-Ur, the Death Wolf. Irhandhi-Ur is a secret keeper, a curious wolf like her parent. She is the head of a court of secret, death, regret and wolf spirits, for she loves nothing more than knowledge which is forbidden or which is bought at dear price. She never lies nor breaks her word, but she delights in trades which hurt or cost more than they seem, even with her kin. The Bone Shadows trust her but often do not like her.

The Hunters in Darkness/Meninna: Harmusen-Ur, the Trapper Wolf, child of Hikaon-Ur, the Black Wolf. Harmusen-Ur is an intense and often cruel spirit, despising those who encroach on what he considers his own. His court is one of torment, protection, trap and wolf spirits, firmly supporting his stance of strict definition of Friend and Enemy. The Trapper Wolf encourages the Hunters in Darkness to clearly demarcate friend from foe, keeping allies safe and destroying enemies painfully and without mercy. He is a good advisor and generous spirit with his kin, but his dark side is well known.

The Iron Masters/Farsil Luhal: Gahantir-Ur, the Liar Wolf, child of Sagrim-Ur, the Red Wolf. Gahantir-Ur is a trickster, a cheerful and friendly spirit but one who enjoys little more than deception, disguises and falsehoods, especially against prey. She is playful with her followers, a court of deception, play, mimicry and wolf spirits. She encourages the Iron Masters to imitate and infiltrate their foes, and while she is often helpful and gives good advice, she is often a poor source of information.

The Storm Lords/Iminir: Mir-Ur, the Nor'easter Wolf, child of Skolis-Ur, the Winter Wolf. Sudden, vicious and prone to mood swings, Mir-Ur rules over a mass of storm, flood, aggression and wolf spirits. She believes firmly in overwhelming force, and her passions are easily roused, but fall almost as quickly when she becomes bored. She urges the Storm Lords to strike quickly and with decisiveness, before their prey even knows what strikes them, and she has little patience for intricate plots or overcautious werewolves.

The Fire-Touched/Izidakh: Sala-Ur, the Tick Wolf, child of Gurim-Ur, the Rabid Wolf. Sala-Ur is a cunning foe, not the frenzied killer that her father tends to favor. She is a creature of filth and blood, preaching a doctrine of infiltration and weakening before making the killing blow. She is queen of a brood of blood, insect, weakness and wolf spirits who are always watching for a chance to drain their prey of strength. However, she and her court have historically avoided direct confrontations.

The Ivory Claws/Tzuumfin: Lughal-Ur, the King Wolf, child of Hathis-Ur, the Silver Wolf. Lughal-Ur is a patriarch, a lord and master who brooks no disobedience and commands respect. He is patron to the Ivory Claw dynasties of New England, encouraging them to take and seize power and wealth as a mix of divine right and proof of greatness. While Lughal-Ur can be kind and generous to those he considers to belong to him or his kin, he is a stern disciplinarian and has no patience for rebellion. His court is a mix of law, ownership, respect and wolf spirits. He expects his followers to punish any who disrespect him or them, as well as any who break the laws they swear to - regardless of the justice of those laws.

The Predator Kings/Ninna Farakh: Udhug-Ur, the Mountain Wolf, child of Huzuruth-Ur, the Dire Wolf. Udhug-Ur is a bitter and angry spirit, looking down on a world which has driven his children further and further back. He despises humans and delights in avalanches and natural disasters, though he has little ambition to cause them on his own most of the time. He prefers to encourage his children to do so instead, allowing him to wallow in his anger and pain. He rules over an array of stone, sorrow, vengeance and wolf spirits, and he pushes the Predator Kings to lash out at anyone whom they perceive to be the cause of their woes. When he actually becomes focused on a specific prey, he is relentless and creative, but he fortunately is mostly a mass of directionless anger.
