Making the extremely responsible decision to make a small version of my game that is close to what I already have that I can polish and release on a timescale of weeks (as opposed to months) and then plan a larger project for the version of my idea that has all the story and characters and stuff, which will take months
Essentially, I'm gonna work on polish and quality of life fixes and some additional gameplay features beyond what I've already shown, but not a whole lot more, and then release that on steam and itch for a relatively small amount of money and just see what happens. If I make any money it'll go into the budget for a followup that contains a lot of my bigger ideas for it.
I also wanna probably, post 1.0 release, go spend some time on some of my other half-finished projects, like the Playdate head to head puzzler I was working on, and which I could probably finish up with a few weeks of work also.
