I think I’m not doing great rn. Feeling a bit too fixated on scrolling and ruminating and feeling ramped up, dealing with other personal stuff in my life that’s been adding anxiety and stress, still staying up all night..
i need to make a point to go make music more when im feeling this way. It is maybe one of the most therapeutic activities I can do. It doesn’t help with the “staying up” part though 😭
(Also.. me posting about it at 5 am after not having slept yet, demonstrating the problem 🫠)
