i have been staff for so many things over the years and i get pinged constantly in DOZENS of discord servers that i can't realistically turn off notifs for. i trim my server list periodically, but at any given time i could be anywhere in it. so, discord mobile having a separate dms tab is such a dream come true. i have always thought "dms live at the top of the server list" was not the truth of the world, but it has been much more obnoxious dealing with it on mobile. it'll take a bit to get used to it, but dude it's so good
