I really really need to be better about knowing when I need to get the heck away from social media better
When I get into a headspace like I was earlier or like I would on Twitter or even if I start to feel a set way I need to pay attention to that and not feed into that energy.
It puts me in a place where I get hung up on some smol thing that doesn't matter or if let go long enough brings me to a self deprecative state and spiral from there.
This is also where Lela comes to the front and helps wiff things and helps wiff regrounding some.
At times though I kinda need my friends to be like "Hey, Arwen it's alright and you're okay. Take a break and check in with yourself." Or something along those lines.
Anyway...
