Had a coworker comment that I looked stressed about something...
I'm not saying they're wrong... but I always have people comment about how tired, stressed, angry I look and so one.
I probably don't even realize from the external non verbal sense that this is what's being expressed by the body even if I'm not expressing it inwardly or in headspace as it were?
This week has been stressful and chaotic from the work side of things, but I'm having to deal with the stress my family is piling on when it comes to the house and having to repeat the same answers I gave the first time to the questions they ask.
I'm doing my best to not let all this get to me or get the better of me...
