Been feeling anxious or stressful energy off and on all day and I'm honestly not sure why that is?
As it happens and we go about our work I just Kinda do one of my check-in's as it were. Try to reassure whomever and even myself that it's alright, we got this and that there is nothing to be anxious or stressed over that's wiffin our control.
Then it's like the body takes a couple deep breaths and relaxes a lil until the next wave hits as it were...
Other then that the day has been pretty good for me and us. It's gone fast and I feel like we have a fair bit of energy. I have the odd moment where the head and even body feel weird and a lil fuzzy but it's been manageable for the most part.
