Not doing well so far this morning. Still feeling a lot of what was being felt last night after work.
Feeling extremely anxious and on edge for whatever reason. Brain is being mean here and there. Energy and mood awoo are really low.
Trying my best to hang in there and just make it through the day but I can tell it's gonna be a ruff.
Not sure if being quiet on socials will help or hurt? Then again I feel like I'm not sure if anything anymore.
Get tired of this cycle and keep trying to break free from it but it never seems to last or work.
