yes these image layers are legit 16x16 pngs, each layer less than a single KB. I dunno how to get rid of that stuff at the bottom yet, it's proof of concept only for now anyway.
Inspired by this post from @twilight-sparkle (even tho it was talking about something else), made with a type of css-only parallax like in this codepen.
