if you want an experience like this on the tabletop, I recommend Paranoia.
You essentially play troubleshooters for a psychotic central computer named Friend Computer who is basically Clippy. And they will do things like hijack your vision to display """helpful""" tutorial videos on how to best use your phaser in the middle of combat.
