Second, the one who'd be most eager to shrink someone is definitely Corra! She's very short... to be able to make someone much shorter than her is thrilling. How could she pass up such an opportunity? I think Corra would take good care of the shrunken person, but there's no guarantee she wouldn't have a LITTLE fun.
