Petunia assuring a mage who wants to help her that she can’t get any smaller than 10 feet tall, but the mage insists upon attempting a reduce spell of their own, assuming they’re obviously more skilled in magic then she is.
However the dragon princess is a step ahead and casts reflect so instantly they don’t realize what happens.
“Ah, sorry dear. I guess the curse accounts for spells used against me. But surely a brilliant and experienced mage such as yourself will have no problem reversing this mistake, right?” She says with a toothy grin that forms an ivory sky for the now diminutive magician, before she discreetly casts silence on them and they get stuck at that size until they can speak their incantations once again.

I would say Petunia is very rarely mean or even petty, but every now and again you have to show an uppity mage that they are not as skilled with magic as a dragon.
