Oh that's funny one of my favorite size stories has this exact bit as like, the premise basically, "eldritch abomination becomes human and gay and starts subconsciously creating even vaster powers than themselves to suitably cute wielders"
You should 10000% read the Stacy & Lily series it is "peak fiction" as the kids would say
