I constantly think about the recurring bit on The Larry Sanders Show where Hank Kingsley would be completely, unambiguously wrong about some basic thing, and when someone would correct him he'd just go "Hm. No, I don't think so."
It's a shame that Jeffrey Tambor ended up being a creep, Hank Kingsley is legitimately one of the funniest characters ever written.
