Learning to not buy snacks that I keep laying around in the house because I compulsively eat them. Even when I try to use willpower they just nag and nag at my head until I give in.
A few days ago I bought some dark chocolate covered raisins and thought that I could just have a few at a time and save the rest for later. Nope, no matter how many I had I kept wanting more so I just polished off the whole thing. Back to restricting my snacks to like, fruit and the occasional piece of toast
