The cool thing about Tekken is that usually the base roster has everyone that I'd ever be interested in so I'm way less incentivized to buy a DLC season pass

Do they sell the character pass alone? I haven't been able to find it on PSN, they keep directing me to buy the digital deluxe upgrade to get it.
When I looked briefly last night it appeared that you have to buy one of the digital upgrades
