I was glad at the mention of the "Pay Your Respects" prompt in Arkham City. I can't remember if I played that game before the Call of Duty thing happened, but when I found it I couldn't believe my eyes. I found it to be so corny and laughable, a weak attempt to put some emotional weight in what was otherwise, to me, a really stupid game.

The number of people who sincerely think that "F" is an appropriate response to something tragic and serious happening is depressing. But I guess when I was much younger I was similarly stupid in different ways
