Cohost could stand to have more otters. So let's fix this!

He's a 4-year-old Asian small-clawed otter, living in Japan. Fully up to date with his permits, he reviews the scenic rural waterways of Japan. In fact, he's been designated special tourism goodwill ambassador for Sagamihara City multiple years running.
He lives with his tender - Otterman, Mr. Cat, & his beau, Ui.
Ui was a rescue otter, and Otterman has patiently given her love & care so instead of biting in fear, she eagerly dives into rivers after Aty.
The Japanese domestic otter trade has many concerns, but from everything I can tell Otterman has taken excellent care of Aty & Ui.
