Poison The Being that Just Is

I think something I realized as to why I personally love TF2 over Overwatch and why I always go back to TF2 is for two reasons.

1. Movement in TF2 feels more accessible, like almost everyone has some way of movement and if they don't it makes total sense. Rocket Jumping feels incredibly fun in TF2 than it does Overwatch because OW makes it feel so stiff. Junkrat goes up no matter where the mine was, but Demo gets flung in any direction depending on the stickies.

2. The personality within in TF2 feels more alive, and less "Wanna-be Action Hero Catchphrase." There's so few OW lines I can remember aside from Sombra's "Boop" and Tracer's "The Calvary is here!" whereas I can remember so many quotes from TF2 because of how egotistical some of the lines are. Like there's an entire 18 minute long video of all the domination lines possible, and they're all so visceral. Then you got some of the other lines, like when a Medic gets thanked. They either appreciate the help, or just express how thankfully they are.
You then have the normal Thank you lines, but some of them are just "I didn't need your help, y'know?" or "Alright we did it." It's really just how they characters in TF2 are able to be expressive without having to feel like flat characters. It's a mix of gameplay and personality that adds so much to them.
