in addition to this SECOND no-notice no-severance layoff after crop circle, now they're blaming it on "employee leaks to kotaku"?? Truly absurd, narcissistic behaviour.

pulling the rug out from under 2.5 YEARS of your devs' work and giving them literally zero support, then blaming publishers' skittishness on THEM instead of your own incompetent handling of your current studios, incredibly, incredibly gross mismanagement from a pair of incredibly wealthy people

doing this kind of shit should get you banned from seeing the light of day ever again. you had a chance to exist in society and you wasted it being a prick. time's run out, fuck off forever.

[writes down, on a journal whose last extant line is "power doesn't corrupt...power reveals", the sentence "look at you, hacker, a pathetic creature of meat and bone, panting and sweating as you run through my corridors". closes the journal revealing that it is titled "best found seductive phrases"]

yeah. apparently there's just games on youtube. no one cares about them because 1: the menu to access them is hidden in the sidebar with literally no advertising and 2: they are all preexisting mobile games or google doodles ported over. they also play and run like dogwater.

they largely seem to be the same games available at the AARP website (yes, really), at that (though there are some licensed ones like Cut The Rope, on top ot them). the hilarious thing to me too is that they couldn't call the page "Games" because they already have a "Gaming" category that isn't this, so instead they call it "Playables" which is a normal human thing to call a video game.
