I'm working on my song concept for my December tune and I realized that I am genuinely unsure what key this is. Who on Cohost is a substantially better at music theory than I am?
First, note that DefleMask annotates all half-steps as sharps, and not flats.
The intent was to write something in B♭ (for no real reason at all other than I haven't written something in B♭), but I think it got away from me: there aren't any A♭s in the key of B♭. It's almost a B♭ blues scale.
So what key is this? Do we even have enough information?
