Did The Game Band ever tell us what the Blagonballs were going to be?
Baseball swordsmanship is a widely practiced - but rarely mastered - fighting style. It is characterized by sideways stances, wide swings, and strict rules of engagement. Upon drawing their sword, a large shimmering diamond 90ft on each side appears on the ground. Each corner acts as a safe point where the swordsman cannot be injured but cannot fight back. Reaching all four of them in order allows for an attack of unbelievable strength that can launch opponents hundreds of feet away. However, reaching out of order or sheathing the sword prematurely can send a shock through the swordsman that severely saps their strength. Use of these techniques - or successful defense against them - can make or break a fight.
Extremely Blaseball
I miss the Shoe Thieves...
I had a weird fucking dream that Blaseball got a grand finale where two extremely popular players (a Shoe Thief dog girl and a snake girl from a different team) had an epic final battle or something over the course of three real-world days while everyone talked in an onsite chat. In the end the Shoe Thief (who was the good guy) lost and apologized to everyone for doing so. And then they were lesbians.
The Shoe Thief's first name was "[three letters]do[probably 'c' but possibly 'x']", one of her names was a misspelled word (possibly missing a vowel), and her initials contained at least one 'P' and/or 'B' (her initials may have been "BP" but probably weren't "PB").
I wish I could remember more. I wish it was real.
