God, I really wish someone would develop and release a modern console built for smaller games with simpler graphics that would use CARTRIDGES. And not just restyled SD Cards, I mean big-ass cartridges that you can open-palm slam into the console and make big CA-THUNK sounds when you do so.

Sadly, I know that the cartridges could be expensive to produce, and I know that such a console would only really be developed for by indies, that without big-name AAA studios behind it it would truly never take off on its own. It would be nothing more than a money sink and make no business sense.

But I just WANT IT, y'know? Make it CHUNKY and the opposite of sleek and sophisticated!! Hard-beveled corners with no curves, big obvious panel lines, and something that would absolutely never blend in with the rest of your TV's multimedia devices no matter how hard you try.
