Intro

Deacon is a young priest for the religion of *'The Holy River'. As the son of the Holy River's main bishop, Deacon had been taught from day one of the River's principles: "Flourish, provide, and be fruitful." To him, this means to be the best person one can be, while helping others in their plight. Deacon is up to the challenge, despite his sheltered upbringing within the walls of the Holy River Monastery.

Personality

Deacon is a reserved individual. He is respectful and kind to all that he comes across, and offers help to others. Amongst his trusted friends and family, he's much more open and speaks his mind freely. While a religious snake man, he is also not abstinent. With a handsome look and a decent amount of charisma, Deacon is no stranger to partners of either sex. He does moderate himself, however, because he does not want to be considered a 'Perverted Priest.' Deacon is very slow to anger or rage, but when he does hit that point, he will try and excuse himself to bring himself back down to normal.

Abilities

Deacon has a solid grasp on martial arts, thanks to his parents' desire to teach him self defense. His style is a mix of Judo and Aikido, seeking to diffuse, deflect, and disable people if a fight were to break out. Blessed by Tlalocoatl, Deacon is also able to control water from the 'Holy River' itself. He uses it to great effect in his fighting style, much like a waterbender . He can also freeze said water for harder hitting attacks, but he avoids this because the ice cold bothers him.

Deacon is also an accomplished swimmer. His gills allow him to spend hours under water, and his swimming immaculate. with practice, he can be an olympic swimmer.
