Author commentary: I didn't actually work in a lavish blue study with my horse painting on the mantle. That's Andrew Carnegie's study, tinted blue. This fake thing I was doing in his study is probably better than any real thing he did in it. He probably never even went in there. I doubt he was any good with Photoshop, for that matter.
