Had this idea for a character for a little bit but late last night I realized how I wanted to design him so stayed up late to draw in my sketchbook (which. I don't normally use)

Took some pictures, threw 'em into Krita, and did what I've seen some other artist do and just erase out all white of the paper. It would've been way faster to just use it as a sketch for lineart or even redrawing it but whatever

Anyway! This is Aurum. He's a manipulator who wants attention, love, adoration and fans. He himself is not magic, but collects magical/cursed artifacts and people.

Image 1 & 2 are Shotgun & Ailbhe. the pair were originally my player characters in animal crossing

3 is Adsila, I just redrew over an (edited version of an) old drawing of her. She's a young wizard in school for plant magic. She's cute but aggressive as hell with her magic. Also has an affinity for weird plants.

4 is Poppy, Aki, and Afiyah. Aki (middle) is a child from a species of hunters, she likes to act tougher than she is.

Afiyah (Right) and Poppy (left) are kinda like Aki's older and younger siblings respectively. Poppy always follows Aki around, and Aki would always follow Afiyah around.

2. Got my first piercings recently, not exactly looking forward to winter lmao

3 & 4. I was talking line weight with a mutual and it made me want to do some line thickness by hand again
first one is green lineart set to multiply, and second is just plain black

I've been drawing a lot lately but I still have so much stuff I wanna draw!! there's oc stuff, I still have more fanart ideas for this, I told myself I was gonna do fanart for other comics I like and animatic ideas and, and, and....
